Shipping
Typically orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday.No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays.Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Please select expedited shipping if needed.

To access your electronic document Sign In to tappi.org, go to your User Profile, go to the “my electronic documents” tab and select the document title. Click to download.

Prices
Prices listed are in U.S. Dollars for current stock. Quantities are limited for some items. All prices are subject to change without notice. The TAPPI member price typically reflects a 1/3 discount off the list price for products published by TAPPI. A $10.50 handling charge will be added to all orders. Shipping Information will be automatically added to all orders except electronic downloads. If you need a quote in advance for an exact total, please contact TAPPI PRESS,[email protected]. U.S. and Canada: items are shipped via a commercial courier unless you request otherwise. Delivery time varies between 5 and 10 working days for U.S. deliveries; 7 and 10 working days for Canadian deliveries. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Other Countries: Most international orders are shipped via UPS. Guaranteed courier delivery service is available—please call or fax TAPPI at the numbers above for cost estimates. A street address must be included to ensure delivery. Express delivery service is available world-wide within 24 hours for an additional fee of $10. Please call TAPPI for express shipping charges and delivery schedules. Shipping to remote regions outside the United States may include other charges in addition to the shipping fee printed in this catalog. For exact shipping charges, please submit your order to TAPPI via mail, phone, or fax. You will be notified of your shipping quote within 48 hours. Price quotes are valid for six months. A street address must be included to ensure delivery. Courier delivery service cannot be guaranteed to a Post Bus, Private Bag, PostFach, Carte Postal, or Box. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the consignee, not TAPPI.

International ShippingCustoms: It is likely that your packages will be subject to custom fees and import duties of the country to which they are shipped. You must pay those additional charges. TAPPI has no control over these charges nor can it predict what they will be. TAPPI does not control the length of time it takes to clear customs. For additional information, contact your local customs office. When you order from TAPPI, you are considered the importer of record, and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Delivery: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, depending on product availability. The approximate transit time for International Air is an additional 7-21 business days. The approximate transit time for International Surface is an additional 2-12 weeks.

Quantity Discounts
TAPPI offers volume discounts on many TAPPI PRESS publications when multiple copies of one title are ordered. Discount is applied to List price, not already discounted TAPPI Member pricing. Quantity discount do not apply to already discounted bundle or set pricing.

10-19 Copies - 10%
20-49 Copies - 15%
50-99 Copies - 20%
100+ - 25%

Sales Tax

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from TAPPI, you may return the products for credit or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact TAPPI PRESS for return authorization. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the value of each item returned. Items purchased 6 months prior will not be accepted without approval from TAPPI.

Back Orders
We make every attempt to maintain sufficient quantities of all products. However, should an item be temporarily out-of-stock, it will be back ordered until the stock is replenished. If your order includes other in-stock items, those items will be shipped without delay.
